These terms apply to the owner's personal use of Retail Assist Personal.
Purpose and limits
Retail Assist may surface permitted availability signals and prepare an exact retailer product page. It does not guarantee inventory, price, seller, fulfillment, purchase eligibility, or order success. The owner must review the live retailer page and personally complete or abandon checkout.
Acceptable use
The owner must use Retail Assist lawfully and consistently with retailer and Google terms. The service must not be used to bypass access controls, evade anti-bot protections, abuse retailer systems, resell Google user data, or automate purchasing.
No affiliation or warranty
Retail Assist Personal is independent and is not endorsed by Google, Target, or any supported retailer. It is provided for personal use without a promise that every signal, notification, relay delivery, or browser handoff will be available or error-free.
Ending use
The owner may stop using the app at any time, disconnect Gmail, revoke the Google grant, disable monitoring, and remove local application data. Retailer purchases remain governed by the retailer's own terms and policies.
